As far as the withdrawal goes, I was asked to prepare some documents which is standard for withdrawals. I was happy to see that the withdrawal was approved within one hour and I contacted support to check on it and they said it was being processed. It’s rare to find a casino that processes same day for withdrawals so I was actually surprised by this.

So far we’ve had no issues with depositing and the games and had little reason to contact support.
